Our experienced Sales Team work closely with our Client Services Team to provide a smooth and seamless service.
We provide one point of contact with the back-up of at least one other member of the team involved in the background covering for holidays and sickness. The Client Services Team ensure your brief is carried out from concept to completion, drawing upon a wealth of practical knowledge and expertise. From putting forward ideas for creativity and innovation to increase response rates to meticulous production scheduling and quality control checks, our team ensures every aspect of your campaign is carefully managed.
If the workload requires more than one member of staff we do not hesitate to involve another member of the team in order to maintain the high standards that have come to be expected from Formpro MM.
Advising our customers on the latest Postal schemes is also part of our Client Services Team's brief. In fact many of our clients have complimented us on the way we have advised them on how to use the postal system effectively.
A great deal of emphasis is placed on the service levels of all accounts and key to both external and internal communication is the Account Team.
